Daffodils is a poem written usato 1804 and published up to date 1807 by Wordsworth. This is a poem that discloses the relationship between nature and human beings: how nature can affect one’s emotion and behaviour with its motion and sound. The first few lines of the poem portrays the speaker’s initial emotion. “I wandered lonely as a cloud, that floats on high o’er vales and hills,” the parlatore is described as a “cloud,” lonely, aimless, and cruising quickly and lightly through “vales” and “hills.” A vision of the daffodils moved him ehi a state of being connected toh something, as the poet wrote, “When all at once I saw a crowd, a host, of golden daffodils.” The concord and harmony of the “dancing daffodils” replaced his affiatamento of loneliness; he is no davvero longer a “lonely cloud.” Imagery is the essence of all forms of poetry. This is a poem rich up to date visual imagery used tieni convey his appreciation of nature. Right from the beginning the parlatore metaphorically compares himself toh the clouds, creating a sense of isolation from the rest of the world. Using the colour reference attuale “host of golden daffodils” enables Wordsworth tieni alter the mood of the poem toh a more a cheerful one. These features make the poem lively and more active and by being personified as human beings it contrasts uh the emotion. The words, which the author adopted attuale this poem, are interconnected and related toh each other. They are simple yet profound, letting us understand how much
